General Training Policies
Notification and Arrangement
Learners Hub Pte Ltd shall inform students immediately within 3 working days if:
- Learners Hub Pte Ltd fails, for any reason, to commence course on commencement date
- Learners Hub Pte Ltd terminates course for any reason prior to course commencement date
- Learners Hub Pte Ltd fails, for any reason, to complete course by completion date
- Learners Hub Pte Ltd terminates course for any reason prior to course completion date
Learners Hub Pte Ltd may cancel or postpone course if less than 5 students are enrolled on or prior to commencement date. Likewise, Learners Hub Pte Ltd may cancel or postpone course if less than 5 students are retained prior to completion date.
Within 7 working days of notifying cancellation or postponement of course, Learners Hub Pte Ltd shall provide students with information to make timely and appropriate decision on alternative course arrangement.
Withdrawal for Cause
Students shall be entitled to immediately withdraw from course by giving written notice to Learners Hub Pte Ltd their intention to do so if Learners Hub Pte Ltd is in breach of any of its obligations or fails to perform its obligations under circumstances stated in Notification and Arrangement.
Refunds for Withdrawal for Cause
For circumstances stated in Notification and Arrangement, Learners Hub Pte Ltd shall, within 7 working days after notifying students, refund to students entire amount of course fees and miscellaneous fees.
Learners Hub Pte Ltd shall also, within 7 working days after receiving students’ notice of withdrawal under Withdrawal for Cause refund to students entire amount of course fees and miscellaneous fees.
Refunds for Withdrawal Without Cause
Where students withdraw from course for any reason other than those set out in Withdrawal for Cause, Learners Hub Pte Ltd shall, within 7 working days after receiving students’ written notice of withdrawal refund to students following sums:
Each withdrawal without cause will incur a $20.00 administrative fee for refunds.

Appeal against Assessmen results
The Candidate has the right to appeal for review of the assessment decision made by the Assessor. When feedback is given to the Candidates regarding the assessment, the Assessor must ask the Candidate if he/she is agreeable with the outcome.
If both the Candidates and the Assessor are agreeable with the outcome, both parties must sign the Assessment Summary Record. If the Candidate is not agreeable with the outcome, the Candidate should not sign the Assessment Summary Record.
If the Candidate intends to appeal the decision, he/she should have a discussion about the matter with the Assessor. If he/she is unsatisfied with the decision, the Candidate must notify the Assessor of his/her intention to appeal
The Assessor shall notify the Training Manager about the Candidate’s intention to lodge an appeal.
The Candidate must lodge the appeal in written form providing reasons for the appeal
The Training Manager shall collect information from both the Candidate and the Assessor, using the Review of Assessment Appeal Case Form
The Assessment Appeal Panel will convene within 1 week following the written appeal submission and appeal outcome will be announced within 14 working days
The panel will (consider all documentation provided):
• Request further information where necessary;
• Prepare formal advice to the candidate; and
• Forward the formal advice to the Training Manager who will file a copy in the Appeal File and forward a copy to the candidate.
The final outcome as set down by the panel shall be abided to by both parties
